All motorcyclists are invited to participate in Australia's premier motorcycle event, the ‘Ride for Daniel' fundraising appeal, to be held on the Sunshine Coast. 2007 will be the third Ride for Daniel & the goal is 5000 riders making it the largest annual ride in Australia. The sight & sound of these riders will send a loud & clear anti-child abuse message. The 110 km ride will leave at 10 am (arrival from 7 am) from the Big Pineapple carpark heading past Daniel's memorial then north through scenic hinterland to Nambour, Cooroy, Yandina & through the coastal Coolum Beach area. The ride finishes at 12 noon, followed by an afternoon of camaraderie & fun of an after-party at one of Australia's greatest icons, The Ettamogah Pub. Visit: www.ridefordaniel.com.au

Route: A nice run through the South Western country side, stopping off at a fine cafe for smoko, then we travel thru Beaudesert and into Canungra, a quick bum stop & some fuel for those that may need it, then off out and around Mt Tambourine (not over!) and down on to the Fwy heading north for a quick blast, then we get off the Fwy for a tourist run through the bay area, ending up with a great lunch stop that has a great view of Moreton Bay ! Great photo opportunities on this run !
